Shipping Information

All orders ship from our warehouse in Troy, MI. Excluding items that are on pre-order, your package will ship within 2 business days of placing your order.

Barring oversize & weight restrictions, all orders ship via the United States Postal Service. Delivery times are noted below. Please note that these times reflect the time in transit only, and do not include processing time. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you should expect the following delivery times to apply:

USPS First Class Mail - under 13 ounces: 2-5 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days

USPS First Class International - under 4 pounds: 5-15 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail International - over 4 pounds: 3-8 Business Days

We ship internationally to all territories worldwide. We are not responsible for shipping charges related to orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to lack of local pickup. Duties and taxes involved with international orders are not included in the price of our products - you are responsible for any duties, taxes, and VAT fees assessed by your local country.

If you wish to return or exchange any items in your order that aren't related to defects, you are responsible for shipping costs related to returning your merchandise.
